    At Castle, our primary goal is to help make our members more successful. Of course, to succeed you need clear, complete and timely information.

    Secure and feature-rich, Castle's Electronic Member Services provide Castle dealers with current lumber and building material information about the industry, suppliers and buying arrangements. We provide details about every one of Castle's supplier programs, periodic pool buys, pricing changes and retail pricing comparisons. Castle also issues an exclusive Lumber Report, written specifically for each region of the country.

    EMS is also a powerful communication tool where members can network their ideas and experiences about vendors and products.

    Castle members can access statements and invoices, rebate programs, our exclusive Castlecare™ program, regionalized health and safety information, and much, much more.


    Every year all members are invited to Castle’s Annual General Meeting where we provide audited financial statements and review the past year and look forward to the new one. Throughout the year we hold regional meetings, updates and buying expos, all part of Castle's commitment to full transparency and member education.
